CLEAR BUTCHER BAGS
Butcher bags are clear bags manufactured from LDPEÂ (Low density Polyethylene). They are approved for packaging of food products, although there are unlimited uses for these. Butcher bags are manufactured in different thicknesses.
VACUUM BAGS
This method involves placing items in a plastic film package, removing air from the inside, and sealing the package. Vacuum bags reduce atmospheric oxygen, limiting the growth of aerobic bacteria or fungi, and preventing evaporating of volatile components. Commonly used to store food in a long period of time. they are manufactured at a thickness of 70 micron.
BROWN PAPER BAGS
Brown paper bags are a single layer bag. They are not water proof and grease proof. You do get some of them that are grease proof. There are many of them available we do stock SO&NO bags but not all of them. Others can be ordered.
ZIPLOCK BAGS
Zipper bags seal tight and are leakproof. There are 20 different sizes available, we do not stock all of them but they can be ordered. Ziplock bags are manufactured at a standard 40 micron. FDA Approved.
GREASE PROOF BAGS
Grease proof bags are made from 38gsm paper and are suitable for food use. They do have a grease resistant coating on the inside which means that they are suitable for oily foods.
CELLOPHANE BAGS
Cellophane is a thin transparent sheet made of regenerated cellulose. It's low permeability to air,oils, greases , bacteria and water marks it is useful for food packaging. Some bags do have the strip to seal and others different kind of bags.
VEST CARRIER BAGS
Carrier bags are mainly made from paper or plastic. Nowadays most plastic carrier bags are made of polyethylene. Plastic bags hold up better than paper bags when wet, such as rain. Plastic bags are commonly re-used as either garbage bags or can be recycled along with other plastic containers.
BIODEGRADABLE FOOD CONTAINERS
The biodegradable food packaging are made from the waste fibre from sugar production. They call it bagasse. It composts at a similar rate to garden waste in home composting system. This could be in as little as 1 - 3 months. You can put these containers in a microwave as well as oven and a freezer.
FOMO FOOD TRAYS & CONTAINERS
Polystyrene plastic is made from petrochemicals. Polystyrene is commonly used for food packaging where it comes in two different forms, rigid and foam. The rigid form of polystyrene are used for clear food containers.
KRAFT TAKE AWAY BOXES
You must have observed some take-away food packaging are kraft boxes, they are made of food grade kraft paper, which has oil proof lamination inside the box to be grease proof. These kraft boxes are widely used as a vintage look take-away.
STOCK & TVL BOXES
Stock boxes and TVL boxes comes in different sizes and shapes. These boxes can be ordered in single and double wall depends on the thickness and strength needed. These boxes can be used for moving as well as storage.
ALUMINUM / FOIL FOOD CONTAINERS
Aluminum foil are sterile and therefore hygienic. Aluminum foil is tasteless and odorless. Aluminium foil can be recycled several times without loss of quality. Its does not absorb liquids so it will be suitable for food. It can also go into the oven to heat food.
GLASS JARS
Our glass jars comes in different milliliters and different shapes. We also have the proper Consol jars in 3 sizes.
CAKE BOXES / BOARDS
We do have different sizes in the cake boxes as well as cupcake boxes with windows. Our cake boards are the thin ones, but we can order the thicker ones on request.
CORRUGATED BIN BOXES
These bin boxes are great to organize an office or class room to make it look neat and tidy.
PLASTIC TUBS AND LIDS
We supply different kinds of plastic tub and lids. Some do have color lids where others will just have the normal see through plastic lid.
PVC BOXES
We supply different shapes of the PVC boxes, some of them do have a tag to hang them up to display things in a shop. Others do have inserts to prevent that things will fall apart in its package.
PLASTIC CLAM FOOD CONTAINERS
These plastic containers are an ideal container for food. They do not have loose lids they are fastened to the container itself. Lids will not lose when food are not finished yet.
